Study Literature Riview : Hambatan Voluntary Counseling And Testing (Vct) Pada Ibu Hamil

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menurut (Ghoma-Linguissi et al., 2015a) ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi
konseling dan tes HIV, di antaranya yaitu motivasi, kesadaran dan pendidikkan. Sedangkan menurut
(Kunkel et al., 2017) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konseling dan tes HIV yaitu faktor dari pasien
dan bidan dalam melakukan pemberian konseling. Tujuan: Study literature ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui hambatan Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) pada ibu hamil. Metode: Metode
yang digunakan untuk penulisan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan systematic literature review.
Pencarian artikel menggunakan database PubMed, geogle scholar,dan approach. Proses seleksi
artikel menggunakan flow dan diagram PRISMA. Hasil: adapun hasil yang didapatkan adalah
perlunya peningkatan promosi dan preventif pendidikan dalam upaya memberikan informasi
mengenai hambatan voluntary counseling and testing (VCT). Saran perlu ada peningkatan pelatihan
bagi konselor dengan kurikulum standar dan kursus penyegaran, untuk konseling dan tes HIV, khusus
untuk tenaga kesehatan.
