Penggunaan Computerized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Ccbt) Pada Pasien Depresi

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kemajuan Industri pada era teknologi saat ini sangat mempengaruhi aspek
kehidupan tanpa terkecuali di bidang kesehatan khususnya di lingkup keperawatan. Keperawatan
dituntut untuk lebih inovatif dalam merawat pasien. Computerized Cognitive Therapy (CCBT)
merupakan salah satu program berbasis computerisasi untuk merawat pasien dengan depresi.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan literarature review yang berfokus pada Computerized
Cognitive Therapy (CCBT). Literatur review ini terdiri dari sembilan jurnal internasional melalui
Online database (ScienceDirect, Clinical Key, Elsevier dari tahun 2015-2020). Hasil: Penggunaan
CCBT menunjukkan adanya perbaikan yang signifikan pada pasien depresi terutama dalam
memperbaiki suasana hati dan dalam perilaku verbal pasien. Kesimpulan: CCBT menjadikan
proses pendampingan perawatan tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu dan CCBT menjadi salah
satu alternatif perawatan tambahan untuk perbaikan gejala depresi.
