Penerapan Telenursing Pada Klien dengan Skizoferenia
Abstract
Latar belakang: Kemajuan pada era teknologi mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan khususnya di
bidang Keperawatan Jiwa. Teknologi yang umum digunakan pada pasien skizoferenia yaitu
telenursing menggunakan praktik berbasis telepon. Telenursing adalah perpaduan antara layanan
telekomunikasi dan keperawatan yang terdapat jarak fisik antara perawat dan pasien. Tujuan:
untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan telenursing pada klien dengan skizoferenia. Metode: Penelitian
ini menggunakan Literarature review dari online database UI: Scopus, ProQuest, ScienceDirect
(2015-2020) dengan menggunakan kata kunci telenursing, telehealth, telephone intervention
nurse, schizophrenia. Hasil: Hasil pencarian terdapat 10 jurnal yang dipilih untuk ditelaah dan
didapatkan bahwa telenursing dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan pasien skizoferenia.
Pasien dan perawat sama-sama menerima dan memberi pelayanan yang efisien dan efektif dalam
menekan angka ketidakpatuhan minum obat pasien skizoferenia. Kesimpulan: Telenursing
memberikan manfaat bagi pasien skizoferenia agar tidak mengalami putus obat.
