Analisis Implementasi Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Abstrak
Performance is formed because of organizational justice provided by the company. This can form desired attitudes and behavior such as a sense of satisfaction with the results of decisions and commitment to work that employees will evaluate organizational justice in three different classifications of events, namely the results they receive from the organization (distributive justice), formal policies or processes by which a allocated achievements (procedural justice), and the treatment taken by interpersonal decision makers in the organization (interactional justice). When employees feel that they are treated fairly by the organization in every aspect, they tend to exhibit more positive attitudes and behavior.
