Pengaruh Inovasi Digital Dalam Mengoptimalkan Kinerja Manajemen SDM Dan Manajemen Pemasaran Dalam Perusahaan
Abstract
Digital innovation has brought major changes in various aspects of life, including human resource management (HR) and company marketing management. This article aims to analyze the influence of digital innovation in optimizing the performance of HR management and marketing in companies. By keeping up with the times by utilizing digital technology, companies can increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR management, such as in the recruitment, training and performance management processes. Apart from that, digital innovation also allows companies to optimize marketing strategies through the use of analytical data, marketing automation and digital platforms that better connect with consumers. The results of this research show that the application of digital innovation has a positive and significant impact in improving managerial performance in the fields of HR and marketing. Therefore, companies that can make good use of digital innovation will have a greater competitive advantage and grow in an increasingly competitive market.
