Pemasaran Layanan Kesehatan Digital: Mengatasi Hamabatan Dan Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pasien Di RSUD Balaraja
Abstract
The digitalization of healthcare services has become a significant trend in the modern era of technology, particularly in regional general hospitals (RSUD), which play a pivotal role in providing services to the wider community. This study aims to identify barriers to the adoption of digital healthcare services and explore factors influencing patient satisfaction. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with patients and quantitative surveys. The findings reveal that the primary obstacles include a lack of digital literacy, limited internet access, and the complexity of digital systems. On the other hand, the key factors enhancing patient satisfaction are ease of access, faster services, and more transparent interactions. Recommendations include providing digital literacy training for patients, improving digital infrastructure in RSUD, and simplifying digital system interfaces to enhance the user experience of digital healthcare services at RSUD Balaraja.
