This research aims to analyze the implementation of relationship marketing strategies and their impact on marketing management performance. In an era of intense business competition, implementing this strategy is the key to gaining sustainable competitive advantage. This research is a literature review by reviewing and analyzing various relevant original research sources regarding relationship marketing strategies in improving marketing management performance. Article searches were carried out on the electronic databases PubMed, Google Scholars, Science Direct and Mendeley with the keywords "relationship marketing strategy", "improving marketing management performance" from January to February 2025. More in-depth review and analysis using qualitative analysis methods with a library research approach . The results of the literature study show that companies that implement relationship marketing effectively are able to improve marketing management performance which involves various aspects such as investment in CRM technology, effective communication, superior customer service, personalization, and intelligent use of data. Hal ini dapat membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang diinginkan seperti rasa puas akan hasil keputusan dan komitmen dalam bekerja bahwa karyawan akan mengevaluasi keadilan organisasi dalam tiga klasifikasi peristiwa berbeda, yakni hasil yang mereka terima dari organisasi (keadilan distributif), kebijakan formal atau proses dengan mana suatu pencapaian dialokasikan (keadilan prosedural), dan perlakuan yang diambil oleh pengambil keputusan antar personal dalam organisasi (keadilan interaksional). This article aims to analyze the influence of digital innovation in optimizing the performance of HR management and marketing in companies. By keeping up with the times by utilizing digital technology, companies can increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR management, such as in the recruitment, training and performance management processes. Apart from that, digital innovation also allows companies to optimize marketing strategies through the use of analytical data, marketing automation and digital platforms that better connect with consumers. This study aims to identify barriers to the adoption of digital healthcare services and explore factors influencing patient satisfaction. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with patients and quantitative surveys. The findings reveal that the primary obstacles include a lack of digital literacy, limited internet access, and the complexity of digital systems. On the other hand, the key factors enhancing patient satisfaction are ease of access, faster services, and more transparent interactions.
